I’m now at a point in my life where I don’t want to do things that don’t make me feel really good anymore.
But the tricky bit isn’t stopping the things we hate but finding the things we love.
Figure out what you love doing. Write it down. And do it more often.
If you find yourself doing something that isn’t fun ask yourself why you’re doing it.
It’s probably because you haven’t found what you love doing and replaced it yet.
